Between work, home, baby and my volunteer obligations I have to make sure that I am HEALTHY and happy by making small changes to my life. I’m so excited to share a few things that have worked for me - I hope they work for you too!
Eat Clean : My nutritionist has helped me build a great relationship with food. Eating clean is a mindset. Initially it could be challenging but give it a few weeks and you will find it becoming a seamless way of life.
Think about it this way - there is a quote “You are what you eat” so try not to be easy, fast or fake.
Get a nutritionist to help you stay on track, through your journey and tailor meals to your preference. Eating clean can be fun and satisfying. Most of all, a few months down the line, when the compliments start flowing in, you will be glad you made the investment in yourself.
Get Glowing Skin: Water water water. The most important thing for your skin is not what you put on it but IN it. Hydration is the way to go! Start with 8-10 glasses of water a day and give it a few weeks.
