Muhamara NY Times
I feel like I am part Turkish (I’m am totally NOT but I feel like I am). That being said, I have recently started cooking Turkish food at home - it’s healthy, clean, fresh, balanced and delicious!
Take Muhamara for example - roasted red peppers with walnuts! It is sweet, spicy, tangy, nutty and all things yum! Makes me think of Samin Nosrat in the Netflix documentary Salt Fat Acid Heat
